The Foundation for Healthy Relationships serves to educate and train others in healthy relationships and produce and distribute resource materials pertaining to healthy relationships.
Kevin Small
Board Chair
As Founder and President of Result Source in San Diego, CA, Kevin directs national marketing and publicity campaigns for some of the nation's leading “thought leaders,” including Ken Blanchard, Marcus Buckingham, Stephen Covey, and dozens of others. As the board chair for the Foundation for Healthy Relationships, Kevin oversees the strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising efforts of the Foundation.
Mark Cole
Executive Director
For the past 10 years, Mark has filled multiple roles within the John Maxwell founded companies of INJOY, Inc, EQUIP and INJOY Stewardship Services. During this time, Mark has been Vice President of INJOY, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Donor Advancement and Chief of Staff (Chief Operating Officer). As the Executive Director for the Foundation of Healthy Relationships, Mark oversees all the day to day operations implementing the strategy, business development initiatives and all fundraising efforts.
Les Parrott, Ph.D.,
Leslie Parrott, Ed.D.
Co-founders
Married in 1984, the Parrotts – Les, a psychologist, and Leslie, a marriage and family therapist – speak in dozens of cities annually. The Governor of Oklahoma appointed the Parrotts as the first statewide Marriage Ambassadors. Authorities have called upon Les and Leslie to provide on-site support in the aftermath of disasters such as Ground Zero and Chernobyl. The Commander of the 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, invited them to assist his soldiers with re-entry into family life upon returning from Iraq. Their books have sold over two million copies and include the award winning Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts. They have appeared on numerous national broadcasts such as CNN, Good Morning American, The View and Oprah. They have been featured in USA Today and The New York Times.
Monty Lobb, Esq.
Board Member
Monty Lobb is the President of Kenosis Limited, an organizational change consulting firm. Lobb also practices court appointed criminal law in Fairfield County, Ohio. Monty served as assistant secretary of state of Ohio from July 1999 through January 2007, and in the additional role of chief of staff from March 2000 through January 2003, to Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell. In this role, he focused on policy development, strategic planning and running the Ohio Center for Civic Character (OCCC).
Kevin Lunn
Board Member
Kevin is Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP's Consumer and Industrial Products industry group, specializing in Aerospace and Defense. Since 1986, Kevin has been based in Kansas City and has focused on assisting firms with operational transformation, often through the deployment of advanced technology solutions.
David McClung
Board Member
David McClung
is the Chairman of ePDServices, a product/services company and Triton Marine Construction Corporation, a multimillion dollar company specializing in building docks and other facilities for the U.S. military. David received his JD, cum laude, Baylor University Law School, 1973 after serving as a USAF Captain, Helicopter pilot for more than 200 Combat Missions in Vietnam from 1965 - 1971. Mr. McClung provides counsel on matters and issues that impact our military and our military families.
Mike Schindler

Mike Schindler
is a Navy veteran, who authored the well-endorsed book, "Operation Military Family." He serves as the Director for Military Marriages and Healthy Relationships. Mr. Schindler is also the founder of Operation Military Family, LLC. Over the past 15 years, Mike has kept a pulse on military family life, and now serves on the Resilient Families Team for Survivor Corp, writes the popular The Military Wire blog and travels the country getting relationships "Battle-Ready". He and his wife are committed to excellence in their own relationship and in the raising of their two daughters.
Janice Lundquist
Director of Events
After graduating from Wheaton College, Janice worked in the publishing industry before starting her own public relations firm in Chicago. She has planned and implemented successful media campaigns for hundreds of authors. Janice first began working with Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott in 1996, first as their publicist and later in a full-time position to oversee all engagements and events.
Bill Dallas
Director of Marketing/IT
Bill is the CEO of the Church Communication Network (CCN) in San Francisco, a satellite and Internet communications company serving thousands of churches across North America. He is a former Young Life leader and a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Bill oversees the operation of the Foundations internet presence and initiatives.
